Italian Birra & Craft Bottles

Nora, Egyptian Ale, Baladin, 6.8/% APV, IBU 12, 11.2 oz – $11
This Egyptian inspired brew is spiced with ginger, myrrh, and orange peel … very complex.

Super, Amber Ale, Baladin, 8.0% APV, IBU 34, 11.2 oz – $11
The nose is very nice malty, yeasty, lots of fruits (banana, green apple, cherry). The taste is very nice, malty, with a touch of yeast, and a complex touch of fruits.  Medium bodied with a tart, bitter and sour note.

Isaac, Witbeir, Baladin, 5.0% APV, IBU 10, 11.2 oz – $11
The creamy head, apricot color and the scent of yeast and citrus, which blend into spicy harmonies of coriander and peeled oranges, call you from the glass. Refreshing to the palate, it has a light body and is very easy to drink.

Etrusca, Birra del Borgo, 9.3% APV, 11.2 oz – $16
Birra del Borgo, Baladin and Dogfish Head have embarked on the recreation of a beer that dates back to 2500 years ago, using different fermentation techniques and ingredients based on the recoveries found in different Italian archeological sites.  The fragrance is of honey and red fruits with original mineral taste. 

Maledtta, Belgian Ale, Birra del Borgo, 6.2% APV, IBU 31, 11.2 oz – $13
Amber in color and a deeply intense citrus and flowery nose. At first you will taste honey, then in the mid-palate you will detect toffee evolving in citrus and finally merging in a delicious bitter and spiced flavor.

Re Ale Extra, American Pale Ale, Birra del Borgo, 6.4% APV, IBU 75, 11.2 oz – $13
All the hops are added during the last 10 minutes of the boil, using 3 times more than regular ReAle. The result is an explosion of perfumes, in a range from citrusy to resiny (pine resin and incense). The mouth feel is dry, with immediate bitterness, then it finishes with a beautiful, persistent tangerine note.

Sei, Lurisia, Saison/Belgium Farmhouse, 5.5% APV – $9
Flavors of peach, grape, melon, and white flowers; relatively sweet on the palate, medium bodied with good persistence. Excellent as an aperitif, or paired with light dishes and appetizers, outstanding with seafood.

Otto , Lurisia, Belgium Strong Ale, 7.5% APV, 11.2 oz – $9
Otto is deep amber in color, with persistent foam, offering caramel, fruit, spice, and hops on the nose and palate. The light body makes this an eminently drinkable beverage. Perfect with meats and cheeses

Blonde Lager, Menabrea Birra Bionda, 4.8% APV, 11.2 oz – $7
Pale yellow in color, moderately light-bodied, well-balanced with floral and fruit scents and flavors.

Amber Lager, G.Menabrea e Figli Ambrata 150, 5.0% APV, 11.2 oz – $7
Yeasts bring a floral fruitiness and a mild bitterness to this outstanding Piemontese lager.

Blonde, Moretti,  4.6% APV, 11.2 oz – $5
Bright and crisp pale lager nose with spicy and earthy noble hops and dry, crackery grains. Smells bright and fresh.  A crisp light pale lager taste of peppery hops. Very light but with a crisp and refreshing mouthfeel. 

La Rosa, Moretti, 7.2% APV, 11.2 oz – $5
Taste is sweet plums molasses dark cherries and brown bread. There is a herbal hop presence but in is mostly at the end.  Finish is quite light and mostly sweet.

Pink, Italian IPA, Almond 22, 6.2% APV, 11.2 oz – $13
Apricot color with golden reflections. The nose has hints of passion fruit, pink grapefruit and peach. The herbal character on the palate and bitterness are well balanced with notes of sweet malt.

Verdi, Russian Imperial Stout, Birrificio del Ducato, 8.2% APV, 11.2 oz – $12
The nose has aromas of chocolate, licorice, coffee grinds and tobacco with alcohol nuances. Its full bodied, long lasting, smooth and dry mouth is followed by a surprisingly hot finish which makes you crave more.


Beers on Tap

Anti Hero, IPA, Revolution, 6.5% ABV, 70 IBU, 16oz – $6
This iconic ale features a blend of four hop varieties which creates a crisp bitterness and imparts massive floral and citrus aromas.

Red and White, Belgian Style White Ale, Dogfish Head, 10% ABV, 35 IBU, 12oz – $8
Red & White by Dogfish Head is a big, Belgian-style witbier brewed with coriander and orange peel and fermented with pinot noir juice.  Red & White successfully marries the refreshing citrusy qualities of a Belgian-style white beer with the robust complexity of a red wine.  Great for Grilled Meats.

Blue Moon White, IPA, 5.9% ABV, 45 IBU, 14oz – $5
Aroma of indistinct citrus with a bit of yeast. Flavor is a pronounced orange that has some spice.

Luponic Distortion Revolution No. 5 IPA, 5.9% ABV, 16oz – $6
A mix of five different hop varieties Revolution No. 5 includes four hops from the United States and One from Germany, led by an emerging American cultivar that will have hop heads rejoicing. This beer has an assertive tropical fruit character.

Stella Artois, 4.8% ABV, 16oz – $5
Crisp, subtle bready malts with a bit of fruity hops on the nose which tastes of crisp malt and a bit of Apple.

Rue Dauphine, Saison – Farmhouse Ale, Exit Strategy, 5.3% ABV, 16oz – $7
Aroma is soft and citrusy, vague herbal spice, botanicals. Pleasant citric tartness melds seamlessly with a creamy, wheat base, light spicy yeast esters proving some nice complexity and counterbalance. Light bitterness in the dry finish. Clean and crisp, very easy drinking.

Peroni, Pale Lager, 5.1% ABV, 16oz – $5
Light, crisp, refreshing example of a macro lager.

The Full Lemonty, Golden Ale, Pollyanna, 5% ABV, 20 IBU, 16oz – $6
A crisp and clean golden ale brewed with white wheat, Belgian aromatic malts, and a blend of American hops leaving a delicate bitterness to balance the subtle, underlying sweetness. Both a gateway beer for new craft beer fans and an all-day sipper for the vet, this is something everyone can enjoy.
